S1: leave her ASAP. OP’s not in the wrong whatsoever for wanting to leave her. She lied about being infertile & even aborted his child. There’s a woman out there who does want exactly what OP want & staying with her is just gonna cause resentment to build within OP. @@NeoCreo1it does, I've seen woman suffer with step kids treating them badly because they don't accept their father moved on, and dealing with drama with the baby momma that don't accept that the man moved. The stigma is smaller because women don't care biologically that much if the guy already has children as long as he can provide for her children as much or more as he provide for the other women children. And because men rarely get kids custody so they can pretend that the kid is a nephew or something. And when the guy is a simp she manages to make the father ignore the child.

@@l-l-l-l-l-l-l single dad can easily get custody if mom wants nothing to do with the kid. Thats what happened to me. Then she came back and tried to take me away when I was 10 years old. Despite my crying begging and pleading with CPS workers lawyers and a judge she still got half custody. Our justice system loves creating broken children. I had to spend half my childhood with two strangers that didn't really care about me.

Story 1: Hire a PI, gather lots of evidence for the divorce, wash your hands of her. Story 2: Get the pregnancy DNA tested, but also consider trying to make it work with your wife, she was put in an impossible situation, and she didn't do anything wrong. He idiot son did, and he's a child.

S1: Situation is nuts. If she did this stuff and cheated, he needs to get out now before he's on the hook for more alimony. Not sure how it works in Canada, but a lot of US would make him pay child support for the daughter without guaranteeing that he would have visitation rights. S2: That's a serious situation, but it only happened once and the woman broke her family to try and fix it. He's the A-hole after that, esp. when he found out she was pregnant. Would get paternity test, but he refused to budge after realizing that she responded how almost every mother would against a step-father. She cleared it up later, but he was already gone. Sounds like he was looking for an excuse to move on and she gave one.

Imagine lying to your wife and trick her into thinking she can't get pregnant because you have a vasectomy and then once she founds out your lie years after your marriage she decides to leave you, but she has to pay him for the next 10+ years of alimony because he stayed at home watching his previous wives child. S2: Honesty, if my bio-kid destroyed my marriage as a manipulation tactic, I would get rid of him/her too. Any child that would do this is a risk to have in my life. If my bio-child accused me? In the second story, I'd check if the baby is really yours. The mother seems off. I understand her having issues with the son because he lied to her, but the fact that she's willing to give up custody of her kids at the drop of a hat to keep a guy is disturbing. I wonder what other weird stuff was going on where the kid felt he had to lie about something like that to his mother. Maybe he's just evil, but usually, there are underlying reasons a kid feels they need to do something like that. His parents should probably take him to talk to someone.
