Hi, great video. The texture is similar to 16mm. Funny how things seemingly so different can be closer than we think. I was curious if you used any sharpening, blur, or halation effects? Would love to see a video of how you achieve these wonderful treatments! Keep up the great work :)

It's uncanny, right! For this one, I only added grain after the color grade. Some bloom/halation came from the sandmarc lens itself.

Did you have some crazy vignetting with your footage before you cropped it? I got the same lens and filter and it’s giving me these awful, shifty vignettes on the edges and I don’t really know why or what to do about it :/

The look of the film is amazing! Two questions: 1. Is there a reason you chose 4:3 aspect ratio for your demonstration video? 2. How much of the look is achieved by video editing, color grading afterwards? I guess this is not "raw" footage, right?

@@meronpanoishii5613 1. It’s just my preference, many of my videos are in 4:3 2. The raw footage is shot on log/flat profile so it’s gone thru some color grading
