Calling your heart a muscle that needs to be trained too is the best incentive I've ever heard for doing cardio, quite motivating, I used to run to better my stamina, now I run to be exhausted on purpose

Thanks for this video. Recently my morning routine has been good 20-30 minute HIIT workout. I really want to lose fat before summer. I am at 250 lbs of body weight and my goal is 210 lbs before July I hope. I even got myself a personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. I am not leaving anything to cause.

Just subbed. I pretty much do a similar morning routine. Cardio fasted. Then nearly identical macros to yours for breakfast. The rest of the day feels like a bonus after this. EDIT: I subbed after watching your leg workout day that didn't use any squats. That was inspiring!

Thx for sharing your morning routing. Great idea with the cardio in the morning if u dont get it done after lifting weights. Still i struggle from my time to do that in the morning (cause i got to leave the house before 7 to comute to work) so i have to do it at the end of day somehow. But being exhausted from work and workouts and coming home late makes it difficult sometimes...

@@1s_that_a_j0j0_reference right, i do that for my workout lifting weights. but after that im running late for cardio, still got to do grocery shopping, cooking, laundry or getting sleep. all these things i cant left out. and since im a researcher doing my phd i really work from 7 to 18 each day. on saturdays needing a part time job for financial reasons. i dont want to complain i love what i do but my day has only 24h and i guess i have to admit that as long as i dont do any kind of job in fitness, i cant keep up what would be best to excersice and push my body level. i try to get 4 gym session a week and currently i got a good routine. even my part time job is in the gym on staurdays so i can work out at the end of my shift^^

@@hendrikzeke don't beat yourself up man. you don't have to be ripped, just lean if it makes you feel good. Calories counting matters more than anything, hit that deficit

@@Wreckohnize could be a calorie issue or you just need to keep going. Stomach fat is usually the last to go for most people it seems (same for me). Harder as you get older too.

Nice, me too; fasted cardio before breakfast and after coffee. In summer I make sure I get out and brisk walk with an audio book instead of indoor cycle for the added wellbeing factor. Just in the fat burning zone. For actual endurance improvements I make sure I'm fully carb loaded.

It significantly improves my performance & recovery and therefore overall energy burn for the week and ability to burn increasing energy in following weeks owing to performance improvement.

When you make eggs, don’t add your salt until their finished and your going to eat them. Salt makes wet eggs go grey. Save the salt to the end and it won’t go grey.
