Nope, did the hard things right in the beginning. It's hard, duh, but every time I think: Wasn't that hard, why did I over-thought this to death? Thinking about what you need to do kills productivity. Just do it without thinking, that works for me at least.

5 things Draining you in your daily life: 1.Looking at the problems rather than the solution. (Simple law of attraction, think of the problem and only more problems and overthinking will occur. Think about the solution and you will bring forth just that, now, all you have to do is TAKE ACTION) 2.thinking about what other people think or comparing yourself to others (compare yourself from yesterday) 3.snacking on processed/unhealthy foods (Instead replace with things like nuts or plan out your meals more efficiently with an app like MyFitnessPal) 4.Overthinking about what you want to do (Make clear to yourself what you want RIGHT NOW or in your future and make the choice to start it in the NOW, + you can write daily goals or make a morning/evening routine) 5.Over-induldging in social media or watching the news 📈

This video was exactly what I needed right now. I'm about to move to cities and start a new job and keeping track of everything I need to do has been a daily challenge. Thanks for the very practical tips - I'll 100% be putting them to use.

That intro was awesome. It epitomizes “advice” we have all received that intuitively in our gut we know isn’t right.

Great ideas! I tend to combine most of this into my bullet journal, but I am a huge fan of using Google calendar and Google tasks to organize the overview things and to remember a task on the go

My dad does it on purpose. Never one sneeze either, each one louder than the last. Leaves a silly high pitched 'choo' on the end like he's signing a work of art. Edit: 'its quiet a work of art, I'm actually proud of it' Daddy?

Appreciate the content A LOT! Though if you are like me and too many systems confuse you.. these are my two cents. I am an Ivy league MBA passout. We were taught to make fancy MODELS and STEPS so we can charge our clients more but when I opened my school in India and Italy and saw something else working better with my students.. something way simpler: we aren't productive and waste time because we don't have a good "connection" with ourselves and our goals. We just do many things without REALLY thinking about them. WHAT WE NEED is to spend some time with ourselves everyday planning the next day. Best way is to have a walk ALONE thinking about things to do tomorrow. VISUALIZE and make that connection. You'll also move a bit that will release the right hormones for you to have a positive connection with the next day's purpose!! So.. JUST have a walk and visualise. And thank me later. Best of luck guys!!

I really enjoyed the video. Something I was wondering about while watching it though was what email you use. Along with having applications for notes, to-dos, calendars and storage, I think email is also an essential thing to have. Those five things I think complete the productivity setup.

I wasn't prepared for the coffee-enema-face! 😂😂😂 But thanks for the great serious productivity tips! Simple systems truly work best. I'm a huge fan of the Eisenhower system for setting priorities in my To-Dos when I get them on paper and out of my head.

16:45 Breaking things into smaller parts for todos work wonders. Same for software development tasks/tickets. If it’s broken down into *actionable* items, it’s easy to go through and knock them out of your way.

Good video! I've been thinking quite a bit on using Google Drive as my note-taking system as well actually, since it checks all the boxes that i'd look for in a note-taking system. You can create google docs/sheets/slides on the fly, organize them how you like, and if you need something quick, you can convert google keep notes to a google doc in the press of a button.
