That setup is perfect for an antenna with ground planes. It can be tilted without removing your radial tubes on the lowered side. Just make it tilt at 6 to 7 feet.

This is rawther nice! I think I would have found a way to mount the winch on the stationary pole chest high but if your happy with it your good to go. Thanks for sharing!
