If I see someone making that much commotion outside my neighbour's house, Im calling the police, let the neighbour deal with them afterwards, because either way they'd know how to handle the situation after, I'm not calling them about it if I know they're at work, or if I know that those people are the ones in the wrong even if I don't know the whole situation, because it's a lot easier to call the police to handle the situation than to make someone come out of work to handle a situation that may have ended up in the police being needed anyways.
