I wonder why OP did not file a report with the police. This is an attempted murder and Amanda and her mom covered it up and they were not even remorseful. Also , financial compensation should be provided, as OP was out sick due to injuries and pain.

I agree with others who said MIL and SIL should be reported to police and sued. But since they stupidly didn't do that, they at bare minimum should have sent video to all relatives. This would at least show how lying and deceitful they truly were to everyone, and how they shouldn't be trusted and only care for their own image!
