Alex...you are a special young man. God has a plan. Your connection with your birth parents/family is the best thing ever. Your adoptive parents are amazing to encourage the expansion of this combined family. Tatiana ....she is a precious, special lady. She needs to have a miracle. You are part of this miracle. Mischa is a wonderful man. You are so VERY blessed. Thank you for keeping us in the loop. I wish Russia was a destination for me to visit. Your project will be a TOTAL SUCCESS! Stay well, positive and keep on...you have a mission! 🇺🇸💙🙏

Alex, you are a special young man. My 9 yr old (an adoptee like you) loves watching your videos too. We are in touch with her bio family, and we went to visit them this last June-July. She made a special connection with her bio dad and one of her siblings. It is precious... and what you do is so close to what we are living through. Thank you for everything, God bless you and keep up the good work.

No need to choose. You are both Russian and a New Zealander, and you can travel back and forth or even live in both places. Hug your Mum often when you can see her. I know she missed you so much!

I can hardly believe you’re going to be 30, Sasha Alex. You’re doing a magnificent thing for yourself and other Russian adoptees. My father’s family came from near to where you were born and he grew up in an orphanage, so knowing you’re in touch with your birth parents and your bio father’s family is maybe even more meaningful to me than usual. Watching you with your family has certainly enriched me! Love to Mama Tatiana and the rest of your family from Colorado. All is well-keep it going! 💙

it's really great to hear from you, Alex! I'm so sorry to hear about Tatiana's loss. May he rest in eternal peace.💐 She's so very lucky to have you in her life, as well as your bio father, and your parents who adopted you. And, your little sister is absolutely adorable! Blessings to you and your family. 🤗

Glad to hear you are doing better and hopefully you will be able to go out and about freely. When you plan your next trip to Russia, it's probably going to be even more hectic if you are adding adoptees to your work and visitation schedule. The passing out may be a signal to you from your body that you overworked yourself. As you always say to us at the beginning of your videos, I hope you are taking care of yourself. Consider cutting your trip into separate segments, first month, tour with adoptees then see them off on a plane back home; second month, work on the film; third month, visit exclusively with birth family. When you pile on covid and the stress of an imposed isolation to your travel regimen followed by catching up with parents, relatives and friends, it's not hard to understand your being overwhelmed when it's finally over. Sorry for being so long-winded, but take time to smell the roses and put yourself first instead of last. Take care and stay safe and I'm looking forward to your next video.

Good tip what you can do is to watch children programs in Russian. The vocabulary is easier. Then also you can learn every day let’s say 5 new words and every day when you learn the 5 words you repeat the previous words you learned. Also investing into a private tutor could be a good idea. I learned German very well with a private tutor in 2 months.

Alex, can't wait to see you back in Russia. Isn't this the second time Tatiana sees her partner die? Some years ago, another partner died, right? Poor, poor Tatiana. I hope next time you can spend something like a whole month with her. You did not mention little Sonya and the other kids who were so fond of you. Don't feel torned apart between NZ and RU, both are yours!

Your health and wellbeing first, please. I fully understand that there are many assorted thoughts, impressions and emotions on your mind right now, so no need to excuse yourself. The lockdown doesn't make things easier either. Soon you will have everything sorted and be back to your usual life again. Make a new KZbin video now and then when and if you feel like it. Take care and stay safe!
