i was the same way sis but for me i found out i had a few vitamin deficiencies, once i started taking the vitamins i needed, my skin cleared up within months x obv it’s not the same for everyone but i was in the same position a couple of months ago😣

i was gonna talk about this in the vid but i forgot to😞i don’t personally get millia or anything when i use castor oil but if i apply it wrong or put way too much around my lash line i sometimes get styes because it clogs up my eyelash follicle thingy generally for me i never rlly get anything negative from using castor oil😣but sis if you think your skin will react that way then i wouldn’t recommend using it😞😞soz

i think mine was literally like either 2000 or 4000 IUDs, i was super deficient😣 i saw results after like 2 months where my redness started going & i stopped getting pimples😚then i stopped taking them after like 4 months x &for me i just thought it’d help my health out but then my skin starting clearing up😇so

i’m not sure about what your skin goals are so i can’t say it helps clear up any actual blemishes or spots😣apparently it can help reduce redness which is acc a goal of mine but i don’t think it helped w that :( my entire goal is hydration & rlly nothing else other than that so when i use rose water it dampens my skin for the cocoa butter & almost gets tacky which helps it sink in more😇but even if you’re not sure, pure rose water is like £2 so it’s not a super big investment anyway hope this helped😞
