My small advice to avoid corona|| Corona second wave|| Hello Sweety Vlogs||

Hello everyone how are you all? Hope you are doing good. As we know this situation has become very pandemic due to covid 2nd wave. So please take care of yourself and your health.
Here are some important precautions to avoid covid:
1. Do not forget to Wear Mask.
2. Wash your hands properly.
3. Maintain social Distance.
4. Eat healthy food & soaked dry fruits.
5. Drink lots of water.
6. Eat more leafy vegetables & food that is rich in proteins.
7. Take Proper medications.
8. Avoid outside food.
9. Proper ventilation is important & Avoid AC's and breathe fresh air.
10. Do not forget to take covid Vaccine.
11. Consume vitamin capsules.
12. Avoid Trips & meetings.
* It is very essential to have more than 95% of oxygen level in our body. To check oxygen percentage - Oxi pulse meter is used.
