I subscribed to your channel because I have always been interested in the Gothic. A touch of the Gothic adds flavor to any genre of literature. A favorite of mine is the Gothic mystery, which I don't think you have dealt with yet. John Dickson Carr was the classic mystery writer who used it most. Haunted places, strange happenings and weird people were a staple of his novels. With one exception, all the strange goings on were of human design. They make for delightful reading when you are by yourself, at night, with only the cat and a glass of bourbon for company. In the coming weeks, I will be exploring your channel. All the best.

This is an unexpected video for sure, but a welcome one nontheless, knowing someone is blooming through what they enjoy doing and sharing is a rather pleasing feeling. To be honest I like your way of showing what you like in videos, I think I wouldn't have been interested in the first place if you were showing your face, don't think I wont watch what you do, but using this little drawn figure, neutral, simple and relaxing is, in my opinion, great. I like to watch your videos because you use your mascot as a way to convey your message and not as the subject of the video... It's hard to explain how but I feel face to face videos are more about the people talking than the subject itself, and it might be good but the way you do things is a real breath of fresh air, no overwhelming emotions or recording ticks people have, you show us what you want, and you stay focused on the topic, and it's great. Anyway, I'm glad for you and hope you have a nice day.

I was at first a bit afraid that my style might be less interactive or my voice does not sound exciting or engaging enough. I do love videos of people showing their faces tho - I respect them for showing their face and all that. But I resonate more with this style. I think most people watches for the content as well. 🖤 But some people I know mentioned that they have received uncomfortable messages that are unrelated to their content as well. I think it's only very few people who do such thing but people like that do exist.

I also recognised the lack of content in Goth men aesthetics as well. I've already planned something but thanks for letting me know that there are people who are interested in or need this kind of content. I can't promise I will make one soon.
