Nice! What size/type kite do you use?
@loloBSD4 ай бұрын
@@TeamPogue thx, usually I use between 9m and 15m kites here at my home spot Lautaret Pass. Most of the time foil kites 🪁 (Flysurfer SOUL and PEAK)

I'm considering buying a 12m foil kite for snow and twin tip, and I'm uncertain if the Soul2 or Ozone Hyperlink. I currently have experience only with Peak4 and inflatable. What I heard is that FS fly better and is better in everything (and much more cool), but Hyperlink has the 5 line safety such as the Peak (and open cell possibility). On snow it would be better to have it, but I still want to convince myself to have the Soul....so.....how do you normally land the Soul (alone) in case the wind increases on snow? my concern is that just backstalling isn't it slippery on snow and doesn't remain still due to the closed cell? I've never seen a proper landing on snow with Soul2. you guys always use Soul, is it a trouble to land alone?

@@lorenzofornari if wind is low, under 15 knots, you can land it easily alone by landing the kite on your side, unhooked and take with your hands both back and front lines (left or right side) and come to the kite like that. If wind is stronger then you must pull the safety to launch it alone.
