Hats down, guys, once again you did it brilliantly. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE VIDEOS. I was finally able to re-connect to my shen after many years. I've been doing a lot of work myself, but I needed this final touch, the final clarification as you beautifully do it in the videos. I was disconnected years ago from my shen through religion. All I can say now is that religion separates you from your true self, your shen and your spirituality. It burdens you with dogma, rituals and the belief that you are sinful and wrong whatever you do unless it is run by their god. This is the biggest lie in the world and people wholeheartedly believe it. They don't love themselves, they want to be loved by the god they are trying to please. You've opened my eyes so much. I have been searching for a long time now and I needed this reassurance, to clear out that I'm not alone, that I'm not wrong. A big Thank you once again.

I personally found it interesting that one clause of shen contract is integrity. I thought a couple of days ago about lies and lying. I wonder why lying is so detrimental to having a spiritual life. I for one hate all lies. Stay blessed, David and Alex. And thanks for this video.

Enjoyed the video. In it, David briefly comments on how to tell the difference between the Shin voice and the ego's. I have wrestled with this for quite some time, and I was hoping he'd elaborate a little more.. Here, he says that the voice of the ego will talk "at you", but there were no examples. I would love to hear more about this in how to tell the difference between the egoic voice and the Shin voice.

I left my job for teaching a programme that helps people find their authentic self but it doesn’t feel completely in my integrity, it feels uncomfortable and slightly dishonest with people. I know this is a difficult question, that is probably impossible to fully answer, but if we are part of nature, why don’t we flow like nature? Why are we separated and disconnected? Is it because we have created an artificial world that confuses us? But why have we done so, if no other natural creature does? Is it because we have life lessons to learn? I know I am going too far with the whys, but aren’t we the only creature with that complication given in the package? And I know that any philosophy has tried to explain this complicated nature, it’s an hard task. How does the taoism address that, if I may ask? I mean, is there a possible answer to why we experience the Shen unbalances? Do we accept that where nature flows effortlessly in its balance, we are the only ones given with this purpose of finding it as you said? I truly agree and believe that we should get inspired by nature as well. But does nature has this balance without needing to find it, or like us, it needs to constantly adjust? I am sorry if it sounds like a doubt, actually it is quite the opposite, since your teachings, the taoist teachings resonate to me as the most truthful I ever heard, in their simplicity they really make sense and truly connect to the experiences I had in my human and spiritual life so far. What you describe and how you describe it is so clear, so logical and, above all, so helpful in providing positive and effective solutions to truly live a better life...possibly the only way I dare say. It is just hard not too notice that we are complicated and therefore question ourselves on the matter.
