Clear water we're tearing the Specs up with my Son in the surf using the 3" MirrOdine, Pink on top, white body w/ yellow on bottom mirror lures that swim just below the surface. Moonwalker & red head/white Mirror Lure for top Fishing Surfside to San Luis Pass. The Trout just bite my tails off just below the hook the paddle tails I use.

If your concerned about your audio while out in a windy day. Use a DEAD CAT on your mic. That will dramatically cut or eliminate the wind noise. I use Rode mics with dead cats on then. Best of luck Capt.

I had an idea for a video just now. I have seen it done on the bass fishing videos but not on salt water videos. You can go to Walmart or academy and pick out 3 or 4 different types of lures and take them out and show us how you would catch fish with those types of lures.

I use Lews. For the money, the inshore is a great buy. My favorite of their top end would be the Team Lews Lite. That being said, you can also check out the Shimano DC series. They kind of soften the learning curve by helping you not backlash.
