No it was probably like my 9th time washing it. Yes, I waited a month until my first wash I used the stocking cap method so my twist wouldn’t unravel.

Why do you wash in sections

Passionate Locs I wash in sections because I want to make sure I am cleaning every loc as well as rinsing every loc thoroughly. My hair is really thick so when I didn’t wash in sections there would be shampoo in some locs as well as build up lol that’s not a good thing.
