Yep. If anyone's selfish and unloving, it's the dad and his mistress. He's the one that cheated and didn't care for his first family. And Tanya is trying to replace OP's mom, tried to steal the mother title and use gifts to buy OP's love. I don't think Tanya ever apologized for breaking up the family. They just bad mouthed OP's mom for having justified anger about the divorce.

She's not your mother. She's not even your stepmother. She's the affair partner. Affair partners have no rights. Affair partners get nothing. They don't get to have a family with the partner they stole. They don't get to have a bond with the children of the partner they stole. They don't even get to see the children of the partner they stole. They have no right to anything.

Wait! Her father had an affair with Tanya--subsequently abandoning OP & her mother...and then he and Tanya had the nerve to get angry, when OP didn't want Tanya to walk her down the aisle? LOL! Surely you jest! OP's mother has been more than generous, encouraging OP to keep a door open to repairing her relationship with Dad. Dad and Tanya are Huge A.Holes for the affair and for their ridiculous demands. Good on Dad for finally coming around. Better late than never.

There are so many things wrong with this situation. - Tanya being the mistress and her and the Father breaking up OPs parents marriage -Tanya overstepping boundries so quickly in their relationship and trying to buy her affection -her father saying now he'd have a real family when Tanya was pregnant -Tanya and the Father speaking badly about OPs mother -Tanya consistently using her miscarriage too try to get her way and guilt trip OP with it -the Father consistently not listening to OPs feelings and trying to be understanding or trying to negotiate a balance between the two. He's always taking the stepmother's side while dismissing OPs side. -Tanya and the Father always trying to manipulate OP -the Father saying some messed up things to his daughter🤬 -Tanya is trying way too hard to get OP to like her and being childish when it doesn't work -Tanya leaving the Father because she basically didn't get her way -the Father being childish as well and trying to convince OP to do what he wants to help him get Tanya back. I'm not saying OP and her mother are perfect in this situation, however, the Father and Tanya have been way out of line.
