So, I'm getting Starkey Genesis AI hearing aids and I currently use a THinklabs. I'm planning to stream the thinklabs thru the hearing aids Have you every heard of this

I have used the ComPilot II streamer -Thinklabs - via tele-coil to my old hearing aids (this was before my bluetooth hearing aids). I have tried a bluetooth adaptor with the Thinklabs but found it too difficult to use and time consuming (check out my video explaining my set up for Thinklabs via streamer). See if your audiologist can help configure the best way to use the Thinklabs with your hearing aids.

Soo glad I came across your video!!! My 15-year old daughter wears hearing aids and needs to "hear" a heartbeat and pulse for her health sciences program. Her goal is to be come a nurse. Unfortunately, her audiologist doesn't have any experience with this technology. So we are navigating this with internet research. Thank you for all the videos!

Just tried the eko with my Oticon more miniRITE R hearing aids. It was unsuccessful for me even with the help of an audiologist. I work as pediatric nurse in a hospital. I am looking for a stethoscope that will work with these hearing aids without using a headset/headphones. Headphones aren’t practical to use with isolation issues and time spent with each patient. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!! Thanks

mam please reply...i m very tensed and i m from india. can a person with mild hearing loss or severe hearing loss become a doctor. Is these 3 stethoscope really helps ? mam do you face any problem in your career ?

Hi nikita patidar. Thank you for the questions. During my career I have personally met a few individuals with hearing loss work as doctors, registered nurses, and emergency medical technicians. Yet, I haven't personally met any nurse practitioners or physician assistants with hearing loss. Please visit the Association of Medical Professionals (AMPHL) website to learn about Deaf and hard of hearing individuals who are successfully working in healthcare: www.amphl.org/ . These 3 stethoscopes work very well for me and I have severe to profound hearing loss. Finding the right stethoscope is a trial and error journey for each person. Yes, I do face challenges in my career but with persistent and dedication I overcome them with the help of accommodations. If you want to be a doctor...go for it!!!

@@nikitapatidar871 The reason I have incorporated visual waveforms along with audio sounds was to confirm the sounds I hear. With that practice I have found I hear lung and heart sound very well. Keep in mind, I have years of practice training my ears to pick up different frequencies...if you are new to hearing these sounds, please give yourself time to hear the sounds with persistent practice and I highly recommend using visual waveforms to guide you.
