My Story | Age 0 To 22 | PART 1

This is a new project I have been working on. I want to share my story up to this date. Over the past 5 years since graduating High School my life has taken a path which I never envisioned or wished for. However I have come to realize that this path has also led me to discovering many valuable things about myself which I may not have discovered had everything gone exactly how I wanted it to. I am extremely thankful for those lessons.
There have been many people who have had big influences on me, or been inspirational and helped me navigate through tough times in life. Sometimes It can be a quote, a book, a movie, story from someone older, podcast. The common theme is that that many of the most helpful things come from conversations and stories. So I decided to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone and share experiences, stories and lessons from my life.
I realized that If I have gone through certain things and struggled with different mental health situations, then maybe lots of other people have also. And I am in a place now where I am feeling good about myself and being more appreciative for life. I am nowhere near perfect yet but have learned how to deal with many of the punches life can throw at you and I feel that its important to share with others what is working for yourself. If these 3 videos help just 1 person then they will be a success and if they don't help anyone at all they have still been a great self improvement exercise.
