Hey. Thanks for sharing your story. I don't have ADHD or Bipolar, but I can relate with you on Christian life and it's struggles. I knew something was off but didn't know what. Now I know there is a term for that, Legalism. Hoping to learn and grow with you, a sister in Christ. God bless you and your family

Holy Spirit was doing his job eh? 😅 And isn’t it ironic how Religion discourages questioning!? 🤨 Jesus never discouraged honest questions. God bless you on your journey to know him truly! 🙏🏻 Father, please pour your love into Mrs Khan and overflow into the people around her, let her feel and know your love, and then live out of that instead of precious patterns laid down by bad teaching, and please continue to reveal the areas where legalism concealed your love, goodness, and kindness. Shine your light on the lies and dysfunction and empower her to confront them and believe the truth. Strengthen her and help her to rest in your loving arms, help her to hear your voice, Amen 🙏🏻❤️😊

I am just know becoming educated about my ADHD. It is interesting how much it has been effecting me and I had no idea, I also have depression and anxiety. Every time a emotion would change I always feared that I wasn't saved.

Good for you getting for educated on your ADHD! I have found “How to ADHD” to be so helpful in learning about my ADHD. She’s not a Christian, so for spiritual help with my ADHD I found the “ADHD Christian Podcast” tone really helpful. I’m confident God will help you and guide you in your journey of following Jesus 💖.
