few suggestions : 1.Speak little slow so that everything would be understandable . 2.Maintain same speed of speaking , you can take various retakes when you do slow or fast 3.I think more part of you should cover the resolution 4. don't do very fast cuts , just make it as a proper constant speed Good luck !!!

Yes if both 10 & +2 are from government and you'll also get scholarship in +2 if your schooling is from Gov school

You should score a decent rank under 200 to get into first merit list in any Gov college inside valley and score can varies, it's not fixed ki you have to get 80 or above 80 but try to prepare well and fee structure is same 2.40-3.80 lakh depending upon colleges but in Gov college fee aren't increasing every year and all the very best for your entrance exam ❤️
