Gracias por el video! Para mí es tan loco que el cuerpo no haga lo que tiene que hacer para embarazarte aunque estás teniendo relaciones cuando estás en tus días fértiles y aún así nada! Hi! Just watched your video and it's very helpful! I've only been ttc for 4 months but I'm an impatient person so this month I tried mucinex and the diva cup after sex. I started the mucinex this past Thursday cause I thought I was ovulating this Wednesday but I apparently ovulated on Monday. Hopefully it's enough!

Also just want to say, if your doctor doesn’t give you any type of testing get a new doctor. After 6 months my doctor gave me prescriptions for EVERYTHING. saline sonogram, HSG, semen analysis, blood work.

Yes I will definitely try it. Maca really helps me and my husband it makes baby dancing even much better. And I know what you mean you’re so stressed about it and it’s hard to hear not to stress about it but I remember being there and I remember the month I got pregnant and I was so busy that I hardly stress about it so if you can try to keep yourself busy. You’re still young don’t worry you and your husband will get that beautiful baby of yours. Also make sure you are doing in when you ovulate.

Hey so question, so I’ve been taking Mucinex for almost a week now Start ovulation on March 30,31, April1,2,3,4,5..... once I get my double line, from testing the stripes, I usually wait 12-24 after I get a positive. Did you wait 12-24 til you baby dance? This is my 3rd time trying but first month doing Mucinex!!! I started tracking my cycles, loading weight and testing when I get my ovulation January 2021!!! But I’m hoping it happens this month 🥺😩 everybody around is pregnant and I’m so happy for them but what about me 🥺🥺🥺

Ok I think is great you started mucinex a week early but make sure you baby dance The right days let say for example: If you ovulated Saturday: you want to start baby dancing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Start early the sperm live in your body I believe up to a week and also you want to have Do you know if a sperm so we ovulation day comes you have enough and sperms also need time to get to your ovaries it’s a long way for them. So make sure you have sex before and after and by leaving one day in between you also making sure the sperm is good and concentrated ☺️. Even if you don’t start a week before I will start baby dance 2 to 3 days before ovulation, ovulation day, and a day after ovulation. Good luck!👍🏻

How to know the day before ovulation? I got almost everything you mentioned but we haven't really tried. The day before ovulation is the peak day?

I used to test myself with the ovulation strips that’s how I knew … Yes and the day before and the day of ovulation

When you get the peak is usually one day before you ovulate. So it's best to have sex that day and 2 more days.

I ended up returning my pills and got liquid instead. Bad enough I just started swallowing tiny pills.. so now way I was going to attempt to swallow a big pill 😭 plus the label said “do not crush pills”
