Thank you SO much for sharing all the details of your journey! Currently working on regulating my hormones through quitting my (otherwise) daily iced coffee, exercising regularly again, reducing sugar, getting reflexology sessions for the first time and eating healthier. I have a 3 yr old already - and we were so lucky and conceived on the first try with him. Now we´ve been trying for almost a year. The first 6 months my cycles were screwed up due to the covid vaxx (plus probably some stress), then I fell pregnant in month 7 but sadly miscarried in week 8/9 :(. My cycles have been all over the place ever since. Before taking the vaccines my cycles have always been regular and normal. Hoping the best for all of us TTC-women out there!

I’m sorry. Vaccines are screwy not only on healthy women. The sick are sicker. Most don’t know yet.. sad news about of what people thought it was their salvation.. I choose not to vax. Not my daughter, not my husband and several people in my circle didn’t. Please ask your doctor to add your case to VAERS so the research on post vaccination it’s updated.

I understand your frustration Rosie and I can see why that's being projected cuz I am that person that hasn't have a baby in 12 years and I feel you but it is about hormone regulation and some people regulate their hormones sooner than others because they do the research before others, so I just want to let you know that once you do balance your hormones and have done everything in your power to make sure your body is good regardless of that time frame you will probably then really appreciate this video because even after you regulate will you realize that you will still encounter issues. I was like you it took me a while to regulate I was mad at everyone who didn't take as long as me, but I did my research and I just barely this very month became regular, so to me it seems like I've been trying for 6 years plus, when really I've only been regular for one month, see now when I encountered the same issues she encountered while being regular I was really able to really appreciate her video. and I'm sending you baby dust and hope you the best in your journey as well as all of you ladies thank you so much Embers and Ash for this video and God bless your pregnancy and journey. I hope all is till well. 🙏🏽

I understand the people who are upset because they’ve been trying for years. 6 months might not be long but when you’re actively trying and monitoring everything, it feels like forever. I’be been trying for nearly 8 months now and it’s frustrating. Turns out I’m not ovulating every months and my periods are all over the place. Hopefully won’t be too long now

I’m also using the fertility awareness method (we’re not trying yet) and I’ve been using a diva cup for about 3 years so I really appreciate you posting this video! It’ll be nice to have this video to go back to if we ever deal with fertility issues as well. Especially since I’m around the same age as you and I prefer to go a more natural route with as much as is safely possible haha. Anyway! So glad you got your baby boy! You guys seem like an awesome family, and Rook is blessed to have you as his mother. I'm expecting my 3rd now, my youngest is 10 years old, so starting all over... After a surprise pregnancy and miscarriage we decided we really wanted one more. This baby took a few tries which caught me off gaurd... That two week wait is intense, then the 2 + week wait until your next ovulation can be just as trying.. You learn a lot about yourself in those times. We conceived the month that I started coming to terms with all of it, which I do not believe was by chance. I'm so glad you had sunshine after your storm. Also, I've heard a lot of women who struggled for their first baby find it easier after, especially since you took the health and hormone adjusting steps... Just a positive thought. Thanks for sharing. Im new here and have really been enjoying your channel.

So happy for you that you were able to conceive! (I know this video is old as I have seen some other videos with said baby haha). I appreciate you not saying the names of the pills you were taking. I'm a medical student and doula and I know it can be really frustrating that docs can't do much until after a 6mo - 1 year. I would just advise you against using the term "balancing your hormones" as this isn't actually a science based term. Unfortunately it is being used by companies (not doctors) to sell things meant to "balance your hormones" to desperate people trying to conceive or who have other issues and is just a waste of money. Not trying to be negative haha just in case other people see this post :) (A great OB/GYN who also has some TTC videos is MamaDoctorJones)

I don’t think we should discount someone’s struggle because it’s “not as bad” as someone else’s. I know I didn’t try as long as some, but I did have a hormonal imbalance and my journey would have been longer if I didn’t address it. I hope you’re able to conceive and enjoy the joys of motherhood.
