Thank you, i have been too in this timeloop stuck for years. Its year 6 since covid, my loop had a stop 2 years ago and i exploded. Recently i was triggered by a relationship i never wanted but was accepting, she gave up on me and I imploded upon myself. While i was struggling and trying to be there for her, i was given up. I still see love and believe i had true love, even if it was temporary. The love for myself never will be.
