Why don’t you have a grate floor below the carpets so you won’t have to duplicate work on the bottom of the carpets

i think having a grate underneath would make scrubbing difficult and he has to clean both sides anyway so he may as well. that's my guess

If you stop putting oil in all your rugs, you could clean them on camera, ? like all carpet cleaning channels the oil is why you power wash so much and do so little..

What are you even going on about. They're not his rugs, they belong to the customers. What oil are you talking about? The detergents used here remove any oils. And he does clean them on camera, that's literally what we're looking at.
