So cool to hear someone so bravely talk about mental health and life! Think it's a very common experience we all have, the working hard to save for something we really want, finally getting it, and then that thing's we wanted so much sort of disappears into the background as we move onto the next thing. We need to spend more time looking at everything we have, and how lucky that is, and that we mostly don't really need much more!!

I really appreciate that, thanks Emily 🙌🏻 And you're right, so many people assume mental hardship is normal, but similar to your physical health, it just needs some love and work 🙏🏼

I’ve got this bro, I’ve missed probably 2 gym days in 6 months. Total burden. Now here near happy enough with my body. At first I started going to gym to help with mental health becasue it made me feel good, then it morphed into this. But we carry on. 😎
