Episode 9 in the 31 day series of walking 10,000 steps a day and vlogging the journey to being in better shape, fitter and improve my mental health.
Today I discuss Body Dysmorphia and how it's plagued me for years with no signs of stopping.

So cool to hear someone so bravely talk about mental health and life! Think it's a very common experience we all have, the working hard to save for something we really want, finally getting it, and then that thing's we wanted so much sort of disappears into the background as we move onto the next thing. We need to spend more time looking at everything we have, and how lucky that is, and that we mostly don't really need much more!!

I’ve got this bro, I’ve missed probably 2 gym days in 6 months. Total burden. Now here near happy enough with my body. At first I started going to gym to help with mental health becasue it made me feel good, then it morphed into this. But we carry on. 😎

​@@JohnMurgs my feet were sore and I took break middle. I'm from Australia, My longest individual walk and this week my longest week total 140km, ( few days off work) I regularly do 2-4 hour walks and average 80km per week It's like meditation , Good luck W Ur exercising

I’ve struggled with it since I was a kid. If you want to make a big difference fir your health keep up the walking but id also recommend a very low carb diet for your health.

I couldn't agree more. Low carb works wonders for losing weight, I swear by it 🙌🏻

@@JohnMurgs yeah people tell me calorie counting works but I find I cant make it last. But if I cut out all the sugar I dont have to think about it and the weight melts off. Insane. Well good luck on your journey
