Pressing q and w while hitting the enemy in another direction that's not straightforward is probably one of the hardest things to do in the game consistently, maybe outside of the 2 barrel combo on gp. Think he messed it up 1 time and only very slightly off all the video

Bc ww is behind it's better to hard shove it and look for a roam in another wave instead of building a big wave up to potentially get caught and killed like he did

If he hard pushes he can do his own recall timing and have better items + have a better lane situation. Since Warwick can't 1v2 at that point it's really dangerous to be over his lane half and be gankable. so it's better to fast push, be 100% sure minions get to the turret, let the wave bounce back so you are safer. Because of this timing fiora could've frozen the wave, make him lose minions and overall be worse off.
