As the 'slow' on the circuit, that was probably the most fun I've had on the wheel in years. Sadly not pictured in this was the end of the second race, where I also fell over at the bus-stop chicane and the game didn't bother to respawn me, a 3rd race which was pretty ridiculous in its own right, and a 4th race that I somehow won. Unfortunately, AC/Content Manager was a big dumb and didn't save any of the race replays properly. Pain.

So I've done this same kind of thing, but in BeamMP with the Pigeon, Wigeon, and base model Piccolina, basicially the slowest cars, and because of how BeamNG's physics work, when you roll, you don't go through the map or bounce around, meaning you just go up on two or rather one and a half wheels, slide and then the cars usually right themselves because of how they're shaped and where the CG is, and the 10 person competitive races we've had have been incredible, the screenshots are always amazing, and the racing is so damn close it's wild, usually a pack of like 3 or 4 fast driver's pull ahead, and by the end of a lap they stay within one or two car length's of each other but the rest of the field usually isn't too far behind and it's really impressive to see these races go well. Also because of the Janky suspension physics in this video, I'd say BeamNG is legitimately better for this kind of slow car racing, you're not gonna get a higher player count server, but even with a max of 12 pigeons, the game is still gonna be at a playable FPS, so it's entirely possible to race in the multiplayer with them and actually race close to each other. Sadly, most of the time in BeamNG, 12 full sized cars can get really laggy and most computers get really low FPS, like 15 ~ 20, and that's just kinda how BeamNG is right now, but the Pigeon takes basicially nothing to run so you'll maintain like 50 FPS, and that's not just playable, that's smooth enough to confidently race close to someone and know you're not gonna accidentally kill them.
