Tip: take a piece of paper towel. Wet it. Squeeze out water. Lay it over sandwich. Microwave for 30m seconds. Let sit 30 seconds. Remove paper towel/ The Baguette is now softer and still sturdy at the same time!! If its dry add yum yum sauce like you would mayo. Don't have any? Equal parts real mayo, vinegar, sugar. Few shakes of paprika and then salt to taste. Stir till thick. SO YUMMY!! This classic is my FAV!! I make this whole thing at home by hand!! :3 Hope that helps

Omg you have to try Carrots & daikon, the best banh mi crispy roast pork, and their crispy roast pork spring rolls, the spring rolls isn't on the menu, but they can make it, their sauce that comes with the spring roll is so delicious. You have to try it.

Hi Kim! I actually recommend going to Carrot & Daikon in Garden Grove and getting their banh mi heo quay. It is literally so good, and every time I recommend it to a friend, it quickly becomes their new favorite banh mi spot. You won't regret it :)

Hey Kim! I prefer Banh Mi Saigon over Cali but my favorite banh mi place is at THH (Tân Hoàng Hương) Sandwiches & Coffee! I've only gone to the one on Goldenwest/Westminster(?), across the street from a shopping center. It's definitely not "traditional" (baguettes are long, not oval) but it's really good and flavorful. Definitely recommend the thịt nướng and iced đậu xanh lá dứa from there!
