I have put the car together in this game 5 times and you need to tune the camshaft gear (look it up how) and the valves need to be adjusted when the engine is running and is warmed up (if you haven't messed whit it before it will run whit no tune but not efficiently) (turn the valve screws up to when it ticks and immediately turn it back down one when it stops ticking and do that to all of them. if you let it tick for about 3-5 secons it will destroy the rocker shaft and you will need to buy a new one!

Omg same happened to me and I ended up deleting the world and doing another one and after I knew that it was the camshaft I literally broke my keyboard and my parent’s TV of anger I had some serious anger issues that day because I spent 4 days nonstop building the car

Adjust the camshaft gear. There is a little arrow on it that you need to line up with a little arrow next to the crankshaft.

You did not set the timming on the motor, can get to it if you pull the accessories off the front of the motor then take the cover off and you will see the timing gears. There is a mark you need to line up on the cam before you can put the chain on

Have you adjusted the carburetor if not turn it all the way in then unscrew the carburetor air to fuel ratio screw three and a half turns I don't know if that works perfectly for the game but that's for real life
