Scrapman, I don't recall if I've commented this on your video, kAN's, or both; but I've found more success, albeit slower, using a separate mining vehicle from a processing truck. You have the mining rig on a vehicle with a resource collector and a refinery bot. Take the refinery bot and make that a separate vehicle that can also carry a bunch of resource collectors. Make a smaller mining vehicle that you can attach the resource collectors on that can catch the resource logs as they get close and then swap out full ones for empty ones on the refining truck and have the refining bot do it's thing while you're in a more nimble vehicle. I used to use a 3 axle 10-wheeler truck to do mining/logging and refining and it was doable but rough. It's now just the refinery truck and I have designated logging and mining vehicles and the work goes a bit easier. Faster is debatable. I guess you can chalk it up even when adding frame rate drops.

Important note: take the light you salvaged and put it in the pool. After dark it will probably be difficult to see your friends, put it at the far end of course since every body seems to want to exit the pool and get inside for snacks.

Only if scrapman knew this haybots can't hit when they swim mechanic, he would have built his base a little towards the back of the coast with some of the water in front of him. This would mean that his base would be invincible from, atleast the haybots. And a suggestion - You can separate the haybots in the pool like you did with the glowworms.

You should build an automatic corn farm with an object on a bearing connected to a controller together with a sensor to see when the corn regrows and instantly destroy it with collision You can then suck that up with a vacuum pump

Try to make a all terrain vehicle or a vehicle that can survive in it's own in Survival mode. Make a bedroom with a wardrobe where the dressbot goes in, a kitchen for the cookbot with a dining area.

kan has already made a video on this. The logic is pretty conplicated, but vaccum pumps can plant and harvest crops/seeds. Scrapman could use kan's design.

you can still use saws and drills to keep tote bots and hay bots from destroying your castle. you might be able to put a layer of material in front of your saw, so you won't see the saw, and the bots will still not hit it because they keep a certain distance away from the saw.

I have seen that happen, what I have noticed is that there is a double spawned node, and as I mine it, it kicks out a ton of rocks. I have managed to separate them once with a lift, and pushing them down, so they fall then respawn. I hope that helps, it is an interesting bug though, it's the game trying to process the collisions.

The update definitely make raid more challenging but just a little bit. What makes me worried is someday the developer will make water bot like shark or piranha that will bombard your farm with chemical/explosive and make glue/oil collecting even harder.

only way to not get floppy is not touch the node floor tiles with vehicle.. or mine to get what's under the ground. Un-mined rocks caught under the ground affect gravity somehow.

I think they fased out because the block is 1 block between out and in add another layer. This has helped me with my hitch mechanism for my truck and trailer where if I had one pipe the trailer tends to fased out, but 2 pipes had no problems for me
