hans klok the cop pulled the trigger but the swatter made the order. All parties are guilty to some extent. What everyone is seeing is that the swatter created a deadly situation which put real people under extreme stress and pressure where in reality didn't exist. It's manipulation meant to create chaos. The swatter intentionally set up a scenario that resulted in an officer believing he was up against a deadly, crazed murderer.

You do realize that's what a S.W.A.T. Team is trained to do right? They're trained to kill if needed. They deal with bomb threats, bank robberies, shootings, etc. If someone calls in, claiming that someone made a bomb threat, they will go in with full force, with intent to stop the threat with any amount of force needed. If they feel threatened or like someone else could be threatened they shoot. Hesitation can mean THOUSANDS of innocent casualties in a bomb threat. And with normal police shootings? You usually don't see the full story. More often than not, the person who has been shot, was actually threatening the officers, often times with a weapon. It's rare for police to shoot innocent people, and when they do, they do everything in their power to make it up. There are VERY few dirty cops in the U.S. Police Force, and I've known dozens of cops who were FANTASTIC people. Most police go into the career with the intent to protect and help, not to kill and steal drugs. The few that do, are idiots, since that is FAR easier to do in a gang. Police really are good people. Police shootings, even if by a dirty cop intentionally is NO reason to start riots, or kill, or steal, or do anything that people do because, "It's outrageous!" Being this paranoid of police says a lot about you.

KfC it depends on if they charge the initial act of swatting as a felony. If so he will get charged with felony murder which is a law that states if you commit a felony and some one is killed regardless of intent it’s murder. Felony murder is the same as first degree murder in most states. I’m pretty sure Kansas has a felony murder law on the books. If they charge the call itself as a dangerous felony any resulting deaths can be charged as felony murder. This case may in fact go to the Supreme Court and set precedents on swatting resulting in death. He could also be charged as felony murder under federal law as the act of calling was interstate.

KfC that’s not true at all. If you commit a felony and as a result somebody dies that is felony murder. For example if you lead police on a high speed chase and as a result of that the cops run over a pedestrian that is felony murder. If you are robbing a house and the owner shoots your buddy and kills him that is felony murder. That’s the law it happens all the time. Look at the Blake Layman case or the Elizabeth Rodriquez case. These laws basically are under the premise that when you commit a felony you are responsible for the outcome regardless of intent. They started out as a way to punish everyone in say a armed robbery where one subject kills somebody but the way they are written has allowed them to be used in cases where any death occurs regardless of intent. The convictions have been upheld multiple times by appeals courts all over the country and in 47 states including Kansas and California that is the law. That’s why doing something stupid can cost you the rest of your life behind bars even though you never actually committed an act that directly caused death.

Great video man. I didn’t expect to watch the whole thing but you drew me in. I can see the hatred you have for the people behind the swats, and now I’m boiling. They don’t realize the impact it has on people. I think the change has to be awareness and punishment. Some people just need to know, but others don’t care. Attempted murder should be the base of their charges. It’s unfortunate that the victims of swatting aren’t very recognized, and it tragic that someone was murdered, but hopefully changes arise. I've been through a lot as well even though they have been done and dusted and chaarges have been dropped. The memories and the traumatic incidence still affect me till this day. A mistake I will never commit again and hope to not experience again. It sucks your happiness away & I feel that.
