Should not work as good as Jesse’s product because this method of sound deadening relies on the mass (i.e., weight of the material) instead of the thickness.

Thanks man, And honestly if you don’t plan on putting a crazy sound system or anything crazy like that I’d say just do the doors and probably the back of the rear seats now if you have the time and don’t mind spending the money then just go for it and even do the roof , for me on my new Tacoma that I have now I’ve only done the doors and that back part of the rear seat and to me that was enough

I just bought this stuff and it’s been sitting in my garage . I haven’t been able to find a good video showing how to do this with Noico material. Might finally get to this after I installed my Kicker CS door speakers . Jesse, did you use the thermal material in the doors?
@JesseRizo5 жыл бұрын
I’ll be honest it’s super easy to install just make sure u have some time because it takes a while, I just installed my kicker door speakers front and rear and my kicker tweeters it sounds nice and clear (videos will be coming soon) also I’ll make a video on how to install amplifier + subwoofer on stock head unit if your interested that’ll be coming soon to 👍, and yes I used the thermal insulation in the doors and on the whole floor of the truck anywhere I layed the sound desden material I then layed over the thermal insulation 👍 that material is even easier to install lol 👍 hope that helps

@@JesseRizo Are you doing the kicker key amp? I have been contemplating adding that amp and a sub too. I'm sure you'll cover this in the next video, but wondering if doing the floor board and back wall is to kill road noise more so.

Will doing this reduce the noise from the exhaust ??? Cause my exhaust is loud (flowmaster) Like will it make the car more sound proof?? Will it reduce the noise ?
@JesseRizo5 жыл бұрын
I won’t lie so not 100 percent but it does make a different in your exhaust drone in the cab and it also helps reduce road noise stay tuned for part 2 that is what will help out a lot (basically) sound deadening the whole vehicle if you just do the doors it does help but that’s mainly for upgraded speakers but if u do want a noticeable change doing the whole vehicle does help like I said I’m not going to lie and say it will work 100 percent lol but it is noticeable

Jesse - do you have car stereo installing experience? Would this mod be easy enough for a noobie?
@JesseRizo5 жыл бұрын
To be honest I havnt done a stereo installation in such a long time from what I remember back in the day it was pretty easy if u knew ur ground wire and battery wire and what was the speaker wires etc. but now a days these newer cars have so many features connected to the stock radio that it’s a lot more wiring back there :0 so I can’t say yes or no to be honest I don’t wanna lie to you, now as far as speaker installation & subwoofer & amp installation that yes anybody can do and that’s something I will be showing probably starting next Sunday 👍
@testing123575 жыл бұрын
Sorry, I wasn't clear in my question.. but I was referring to stripping door panels and unclipping parts without breaking components. I gathered you had cars stereo experience. I have none so was concerned I'd pry things open and start breaking clips and wires...😀 keep up the awesome videos !!
@JesseRizo5 жыл бұрын
Lol no worries my friend, And yes anybody can do this just take note if u do break a clip 1 there super cheap 2 even experienced people break them lol the clips are usually very fragile but don’t let that scare u what really helps is make sure u have plastic removal tools & panel removal tools it’ll help a lot I think in the video we popped it off by hand because we know where the clips are but if u have a panel removal tool (the green tool in the video with a black metal hook) orange one is a plastic removal tool but if you have a panel removal tool those defenitly help out a lot because once u have the first little circle clip (showed in video) Unclipped and panel is a bit loose u can then grab your green (they come in many colors) panel removal tool and kinda just put it inside the panel going around the bottom edge each time u feel a clip that’s where u can use your panel removal tool to Unclip them in person it’s gna sound like they break it’s just them unhooking from the door lol or u can just try it out by hand and removal the panel slowly like we demonstrated in the video whichever u feel comfortable with,
