The congress has to admit that there were more frequent hindu-muslim riots accompanied by large numbers of casualties during congress rule..In addition we also had the delhi riots that resulted in the deaths of thousands of sikhs following the attack on the golden temple..The hindus were not spared either....they was a hindu genicide in J&K ..and the masacre of a few hundred hindu sadhus during the time of Indira Gandhi..And there was an ongoing insurgency in J&K and in the North East...We hardly hear of such things nowadays....
