I am back from my trip and needless to say, I’m back with a tan. I’m religious with my SPF but, some amount of tan is inevitable and normal. A quick disclaimer, this video doesn’t promote skin lightening. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind a tan, that’s fine, feel free to scroll down but if you’d like to treat it, hope you find this helpful. Do SAVE this if you did and SHARE it with someone who’ll find this useful. For me treating tan, is more about treating premature ageing, collagen loss than it is with the skin colour and these tips do help with the same. Before my facial skin looked dull all the time, even upon waking. But following I conducted a bit of study and made some changes, my face began bright and glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I ate a proper diet including items such as lentils, bread, green vegetables, and rice. This helped nourish my body from within. I used a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it worked wonders for my skin. I formed it a regular practice to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily. I exercised on a daily basis, this made me sweating and removed impurities out of my body.
@sanjana.v18856 ай бұрын
This is my fourth time getting this facewash of rice berry Litle Exttra. The face wash is extremely refreshing, moisturising, lightweight, and cleansing the skin really well. Plus is free from chemicals. As for talking about the quantity, it's great for this price point, especially if you compare with other facial washes in the similar range. The texture may feel a bit slimy on the face when you first use it for the first few times, but then you become used to it. So, definitely, a must-try! Leaves your skin smooth and revitalised.

I've read the entire paper, and its just a tiny point that says, IN SOME CASES, physical exfoliation MIGHT cause microtears and transepidermal water loss, and in SUCH CASES ONLY, physical exfoliation should be replaced with chemical. Otherwise physical exfoliation is always fine. And I believe not everyone is in need of chemical exfoliation. It only makes skin more susceptible to sun damage and hyperpigmentation. Kindly do not use very carefully authored scientific publications in your favor. I'm saying this as an author of a few microbiology research papers myself.

Everything is chemical in this world & every "natural" ingredient has a weird chemical name assigned to it. So we stop using them? Chemicals aren't necessarily bad & you don't have to buy the products she's advertising. Just see the list of active ingredients & use whatever suits your skin to treat the particular condition you're addressing. Not all natural things are good just because they had been advertised for a very long time. & most importantly, we all can do a quick Google search about the effectiveness of the ingredients she's mentioning to check if they're worth the claims.

It's funny she said coffee blocking drains. That's very short sighted. All these products use micro- plastics and they go down the drain, to our rivers and oceans and are consumed by smaller fish who in turn are consumed by larger fish and gets accumulated in the food chain. I would prefer a customised drainage to drain out coffee particles rather than introducing all the micro-plastics in our pristine environment.

Second of all, the most basic skincare is cleanser, moisturiser, spf. There are no such DIYs that are effective and safe for use as an spf, cleanser or moisturiser. And even if there was, you won’t have the time or want to put in the effort to make it everyday.

Thanks, yep sometimes natural product can make things worse. I tried coconut oil for body was worse. Best use products she suggested. They are not expensive,just use in correct quantity. Dont apply thick layers . I have got great results from them.

Hii...Lemme clear ur confusion...if you watch their videos regularly then u would know that she refuse to use a physical exfoliator(like- Body scrub, Coffee scrub etc) becoz Scrub can damage ur skin nd can be cause micro tears becoz scrub r too harsh.. ------------------------------------------------ nd coffee is not the problem. u can use coffee..u can use it as a face pack or body pack ..but don't use coffee scrub..here she is talking about coffee scrub.. Physical exfoliator- SCRUB ❌ chemical exfoliator- peels ✅

All these comments complaining about, She just told not to use home remedies & use skincare products available in market. TRUE! I have tried a lot of remedies for 15 years. Nothing changed, my skin even became worst. Thrown everything away and now have a good skincare routine with Paula’s choice, cosrx, it’s skin, the ordinary, the inkey list, Cerave, Eucerin…. Trust me! My skin has been never this good. Day by day my face became very even I just can’t stop starting myself in mirror. Scientists have a phd for a reason.

Umm.. Can you suggest anything to remove tan from hands.. Cause my arms and hands are different in shade..
@varsharaos294 Жыл бұрын
@@myonlylove1111 I have very dry hands, So I slug my hands and wear a glove overnight. I am not sure it would help you, but don’t use scented products on your hands even hand wash. Exfoliate them regularly either physical or chemical. Apply sunscreen. Try wearing glove when you go out in the Sun. Use hand cream with lactic acid or Urea. Eucerin has a urea hand cream. Keep them hydrated always.

I don’t use all these but still manage to use the natural products and get the work done. It will definitely cost you more and damage skin if you continually use artificial products. For tan removal and acne removal, i use the below remedy. A pinch of Cinnamon 2 cloves Vitamin c oil 1 capsule Olive oil 1-2 drops Almond oil 1-2 drops Grind and mix all of them and apply it on ur face and let it dry for 10min. Wash it and see the change. Thank. Me later. You might feel skin irritation but it is coz of the product’s spice. If you have sensitive skin, do not try it
