We low/mid elo players experience this on a daily basis, I mean everytime we play more than 2 games. The amounts of 4vs4 that I've lost or won in the first 5 in game minutes is insane. Edit : Letting that castle go up was a silly move T90.

I think SC2 does it good in team games, when ally drops, it at lets you control their units and have their pop space. That obviously would cause some problems but I think it's idea worth exploring.

Being a 1k skills player in unranked lobby I can related to this teammate almost matchs, it usually one sided in most game. But I did had sometime to have a excellent teammate when thing foes south (4v4 when someone resign early) and it feel so good to be able to fight back in this situation, so satisfying

In my last Hideout my teamate started to threten us befire the game, in the chat. He said If pocket does not help just booms he resigns imediatelly. I ended up being pocket, told him I get my 3 TCs up and farms and comming. Our friend got rushed and in the minute I've placed my 2nd TC he resigned after the first hit he got (that was a mango shot tough)

A lot of the most enjoyable games that I had was to be the punching bag, and let my teammates get time to overrun them. I understand what yellow is about tho he probably doesn't see how the game works

I feel this. The normal ranked experience below a certain elo is basically filled with teammates like yellow. Just usually with a bit more spicy commentary before they ragequit. 11

Ngl I feel for yellow, from his pov he has 20 pop, scouts in his base with forging and coming for your mostly undefended base. He has no idea you are up nor a 1000 elo higher. I would have resigned in his place (although maybe send gg? to my teammate first)

@@CaptainCorobo Yeah he was dead. Could prolong his death but even if he did that he still wouldnt've altered the end result. T90 didnt win because of him, didnt lose because of him. He didnt throw on purpose, he wasnt being toxic. Just saw he was getting 2 v 1, lost his whole economy, resigned. Because being a punching bag aint fun folks.
