Really great video, very informative and in-depth. Know it's years later, but curious if this is still the best camera for this price range? Heading to Mt. Kilimanjaro and a short safari in a couple months and looking for something other than a GoPro. Love that the video quality/shooting is good on this camera, which can then be used on a small KZbin channel.

WOW, just sold all of my Canon gear! EOS R, R6 & M50!! I’ve since purchased the Sony A74 & was looking to purchase a ZV-E10 for walk around vlogging. Nice video, thanks. And hey, folks, make sure you get the upgraded cage! The first-generation cage interfered with the hot shoe and the ability to use some accessories, and it was a deal-breaker for many of us. I basically threw mine away and upgraded.

What are some future proof lenses that I could look for that are equivalent to what you showed in the video?

Sigma 24-70, tamron 17-28 or 28-70, sigma 16-28 sony 24-105, sony 16-35 power zoom. These are all full frame lenses that will work on the apsc cameras, but will be good if you eventually move up to full frame

Yes but it’s very close to it’s limit. The new crane m3s has a bit stronger motors and would be a better option
