Jesus changed my whole life and if you're watching this and don't have a relationship with God, I pray you know that you're not too far gone and He's not angry with you. He loves you and is eager for you to return back to Him.

@@DorchadasAgusSolas Many passages of the Bible teach that salvation is through faith alone, not faith plus works. Ephesians 2:8-9, for example, is clearly worded and unequivocal: “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast.” Of great importance is the word grace, which refers to God’s blessings on the undeserving. The very idea of grace negates all attempts to earn salvation. Paul makes that argument when teaching on God’s choosing of the remnant of Israel: “Since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is-free and undeserved” (Romans 11:6, NLT). Other passages that clearly teach salvation through faith alone include Acts 16:31; Romans 3:28; 4:5; 5:1; Galatians 2:16; 3:24; Ephesians 1:13; and Philippians 3:9. There are a few Bible passages that, at first glance, seem to teach salvation through faith plus works. One such is James 2:24, which appears to say that justification is by faith plus works: “You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.” This apparent problem is solved by examining the whole of James’ argument in his epistle. James is refuting the idea that a person can have saving faith without producing any good works (see James 2:17-18). Genuine faith in Christ, James says, will produce a changed life and result in good works (James 2:20-26). James is not saying that justification is by faith plus works, but that a person who is truly justified by faith will have good works in his or her life. The works are an outward show of genuine faith in Christ (James 2:14, 17, 20, 26)-and it’s that outward show that “justifies” the believer in the sight of other people. Paul says those who have true faith in Jesus Christ will be “eager to do what is good” (Titus 2:14). To return to Ephesians 2, immediately after teaching that we are saved through faith, not through works (Ephesians 2:8-9), Paul says that we were created “to do good works” (Ephesians 2:10). Salvation comes by God’s grace through faith, and that faith is made manifest in good works. The works follow the faith and are a proof of it. If we’re going to say that we are saved by works, we must qualify whose works. We are not saved by our own works, however meritorious they are in our own eyes. We are saved solely by the work of Christ on our behalf. His death and His resurrection are the works that save us. We receive our Savior by faith (John 1:12) sovereign act of God whereby an unregenerate sinner has the “washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit” poured out on him (Titus 3:5), thereby causing him to be born again (John 3:3). When this happens, God gives the forgiven sinner a new heart and puts a new spirit within him (Ezekiel 36:26). God removes his sin-hardened heart of stone and fills him with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit then causes the saved person to walk in obedience to God’s Word (Ezekiel 36:26-27). Faith without works is dead because it reveals a heart that has not been transformed by God. When we have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, our lives will demonstrate that new life. Our works will be characterized by obedience to God. Unseen faith will become seen by the production of the fruit of the Spirit in our lives (Galatians 5:22). Christians belong to Christ, the Good Shepherd. As His sheep we hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:26-30). Faith without works is dead because faith results in a new creation, not a repetition of the same old patterns of sinful behavior. As Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” Faith without works is dead because it comes from a heart that has not been regenerated by God. Empty professions of faith have no power to change lives. Those who pay lip service to faith but who do not possess the Spirit will hear Christ Himself say to them, “I never knew you. Depart from me, you evildoers” (Matthew 7:23).

Can you help me, I am new to learning this. Does a Messianic Jew believe that Jesus was not the Son of God and the Messiah is yet to come? What is a Jew that believes in Jesus called? What is a coin? Is there a name for a Christian that becomes a Jew, is that a thing? How about a Christian such as a Catholic that is still Christian buy decides to worship God's holy days that the Jewish have always kept, so therefore Christian following Jewish traditions?

Jesus has strengthened me in my weakness through His grace . Now when I look back I can see that I have grown in faith a lot!! Just trust in God and He will do wonders !!!!!! What an amazing testimony, for both you and your mom. I covet that. I also grew up Jewish. I went to private Jewish school through middle school, learned Hebrew, had my Bar Mitzvah, got confirmed, spent six weeks in Israel, and studied Hebrew in college. Then I lived a life like yours, in the spiritual gutter. I fell into Eastern religions and the New Age. Then I got saved at the bottom of it all. But I had a fall out with my family nine years before, so when I tried to preach the Gospel to them, they wouldn't hear me. I've tried so many times. I pray my family gets saved before the rapture and the Great Tribulation, but maybe God has a plan to use them to save many during that time. We're so close. I pray you're still walking strong in the Lord and using your testimony to reach more of our Jewish brothers and sisters. Out of the hundreds of Jewish people I know, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who got saved. What a gift.

Your testimony is awesome, too. Since you say you don't know any Jewish saved people besides you, I guess you haven't been exposed to the Messianic Jewish movement. In the previous city I lived in, I looked for months around the large city for my home church and when I found it, I knew. Months later, I found out that part of the congregation met for Shabbat as well when a 17 year old next to me was able to translate Hebrew for me and explained he was Jewish. I remember feeling God's presence during the Arronic benediction under a tallit. When I moved to my current home town as a private school teacher, I experienced one of my deadest-driest "church" experiences ever during our school year dedication service and was so thirsty and hungry for something that would satisfy. God had already lead me to my new home church the day before, but I couldn't wait till Sunday. After the teacher training day was done, I looked on the internet until I found the Messianic congregation for our town was in walking distance and would be starting in 20 minutes. God did not disappoint. On Sunday, I even saw one family from that Shabbat celebration at the congregation God had led me to across town and they are still my dear friends. After years of joyfully celebrating Shabbat and Pesach with them and learning so much, then months of expressing my concern for the direction teachings were turning, I felt like God wanted me to leave because they began to embrace an ugly legalism - it is an unfortunate risk amongst messianic congregations, but I'm still in contact and on friendly terms with the Rabbi whom I love. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like we could all learn from celebrating God's appointed times like Passover and Sukkot.

Hi Jason. Let us not stop praying for Israel! God showed me a vision of a almond tree starting to bloom. It was first a flower here and then one there and another and slowly another, and the next moment it was full of white flowers. The almond tree was like a big cotton ball! It is the Jewish nation. The white flowers is as they start to accept Jeshua as the Messiach and getting born again. There is a Scripture that says the righteous will shine like the stars in the fermament. Now these white flowers are resembling stars shinning. You will see a nation saved! But before that a whole lot of drama and trauma. But Adonai will never forget His first love. Remember we are His temple our God is never ever going to life in a temple made with hands again. They are going to built a temple but Adonia is not going to life in it. He prefers to live by His Spirit the Ruach Hakodesh inside us.

Every single human being has been splitted as soul-body-spirit but only single human. Same like our G-D YAHWEH. Genesis 1:26-28 bethsalmenu kidmutenu are the two words used for G-D'S image and likeness in Hebrew language. So G-D Has spiritual part in HIM and also physical part in HIM. So G-D JESUS CHRIST has created human being in Trinity form.

I had an experience similar to your story. I was already born and raised as a Christian. But, I was not fully converted. I didn’t know much of my Christian faith. I didn’t know the Bible well either. But I believed In God, and I too prayed for God, to put in me, the desire, to want to know the truth and to read the Bible. Because, I had originally no desire for either the Bible nor the truth. After I prayed that prayer, God answered me right away! He gave me a new heart that desires to want to do his will. And now I live my life for him. Isn’t that something! My world got flipped upside down instantly! The moment I surrender to Jesus, was the moment my life was changed!

Thank you so much for sharing your story..I was raised by an atheist father and an agnostic mother, we didn't go to church except when we visited my cousins in NY. It wasn't until I was 16 that I had my first encounter with God, but it wasn't so much the love that you felt but rather a prayer that was answered. It would take another 3 times for my prayers to be answered until I was fully convinced that God is real. After I read the book "The Gospel of Thomas The Gnostic Wisdom of Jesus" that I was able to pray more effectively. Now I am shocked at how many of my prayers are coming true, and not in weeks or months but days. It is amazing that there is so much propaganda in our world to try and convince us He isn't real. Everywhere you turn, there is someone shaming or castigating believers. I too admit, when I first started to believe in God, I didn't want most of my family/friends to know. There is a very powerful stigma against Christians, but now I am convinced we must not hide any longer. The world needs us to use our Love and show people God's way to a better life for everyone. Let me add one more thing, before I became a true believer I was working for our federal government. If you ever wondered if the Devil is real, go live and work in DC. Everything they're doing is evil. May God's armor protect all of his children..

Thank you for your testimony. I enjoy listening to Jewish folks that accept the Messiah promised to His people and that we Gentiles also get adopted into HIs family when we accept Jesus. Many have a misconception regarding Jesus but He is a Jew, grow up to Jewish parents, lived in a Jewish culture and taught the true meaning of the Torah. The new Testament is also a story of Jews accepting the Promised Messiah to our forefathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (ie Israel). I love this verse from Paul about what it means to be Jewish: For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. (Romans 2:28-29)

Wow! what an awesome testimony! Praise the Lord Jesus for saving you. I always rejoice when people get saved especially Jewish people because Yeshua (Jesus) was a Jew and so were the disciples, and It's great to see the gospel being once again accepted by the Jews. I rejoice with you for all that the Lord is doing in your life. I loved what you said about separating yourself from the worldly things and desires and living a Holy life for Jesus. I totally agree with that. You should definitely make a video about that if you haven't already. Keep living for Jesus and be a light in the world, especially to the young people. May the Lord bless you abundantly.

I resonate so much with the way you felt God's love for the first time. I knew stuff about him and had gone to church before, but one day I went to a "special" service at a music convention (Lauren Daigle was there) and I just suddenly felt that God was *real*. I just knew. Since then, I've come to know Him and about Him so much more, and I've been immensely blessed. To begin with, she cured my depression that I had been struggling with for around 13 years, and now I'm a worship leader :3

As an orthodox Jew I would highly encourage you to listen to Somebody by the name of Tovia Singer. Please please search and KZbin him. Please also search Somebody by the name of shannon nuszen and listen to her story. As Jews we are required to serve our creator in a special way and be a light unto the Nations to teach the world about our creator and the Seven laws of Noah. I'm not sure what Jewish denomination you grew up in but Orthodox Judaism can be beautiful and meaningful. Please please please talk to a local Chabad Rabbi and learn about your Jewish roots. You may have all the reasons in the world to want to be a Christian but I would say there's nothing wrong with learning a bit more about Judaism and the beauty and wisdom it holds.

Tovia singer is a complete nut job. I lived in a Jewish community for years and I know that fortunately he doesn’t represent the majority of Jews regarding his mindset as in the way he twists things around and the lies he tells to suit himself. I am happy to watch any Jew, Christian and Muslim have a peaceful scholarly debate but tovia singer is a very unwell man and a terrible scholar with claims that are baseless.

And I say there's nothing wrong with looking in Jesus Christ and seeing the wisdom He has for you. You already are serving God, but in the wrong way. God wants love from the heart, love God with all you have and all you are. For He first loved you. Be like David, like Abraham, like Issac, like Jacob, like Moses and like Elijah...who truly walked with God from the heart and spoke with Him, as a friend and a son. Don't believe everything you are told, for people themselves don't know what they are talking about but put your full trust in God ..this is what is pleasing to Hashem. May God bless you

Yoooo this is so awesome lol. I'm only at 2minute mark and I've gotta walk my dog but I must say this is ecstatic to hear!! I'm also Jewish from Israel. The only reason I keep saying Jewish despite Galatians 3:28 is to show other Jews you can be a Jew and believe in Yeshua! I'll edit and reply properly once I watched your video :) Woooo the excitement watching this!! I'm smiling nonstop!! Wooo welcome to the family haha. I still can't tell if you're an Israeli by the way you speak/accent or it's me that I've spoken to Americans for so many years that I sound like them LOL. God bless you sister, much love to you!

My relationship with my Jewish parents wasn't perfect before my husband and I were saved, but it's been absolutely heartbreaking since. The anger and resentment my parents have towards me is palpable. I know in my heart I didn't cause this divide but I still rack my brain constantly figuring out what I can do to make it better or figure out how I sinned against them. But it's really hard to deal with nonbelievers who think they have the right to dictate your life. Praying for everyone who's fallen out with their family once finding Christ.
