Thankyou Swaraj ji, You have explained something deep down which no one else has ever explain regarding Vipassna. I've seen your previous videos also and can understand what you might have gone through. I too was thinking about going to such event since I feel I'm too much distracted in my life, I can barely concentrate in my work or studies, not even 10 minutes. Also, I have developed anger towards some of my own family members, I see only negativity and dark sides. All these have made me a frustrating person and I end up feeling like crying most of the time. I'm in my late 20s and think I must change myself else I would ruin this life. Need you suggestions.

Yes first you have to do 10days course then after 3 months you can do as a SERVER .after six month you can apply for next course .if there is vacancy you can do at any time . Please check on their website.

I completed my first 10 day course on june 1 to 12. Then i applied for satipathana sutti course as a server on 15 june...application accepted but still no response. Then i applied for 3 days course on 25 june n i am called to join on 5 july to 9 july. But i actually want to serve to help new students....that means i have to wait for 3 months more to serve...right...and about next 10 days course i can apply any time if the seat is available...tnx n i highly appreciate ur information n guidance..plz. do guide me if in future i ask any questions related to vipassana. While doing Vipassna it is not permitted. We have to leave all kinds of pooja. Because Vipassna is only for knowing yourself.and getting free from all Karmas, life death cycle. It is totally different. But I do Shiv pooja, chant vedic mantras because I do control and concentrate myself first. I am not expert and have control on myself still. I do Anna pana daily for some minutes. And increasing time of it.

Swaraj Yadav I am a Psychiatrist and have done Vipassana once at Pune centre. After day 5 or 6 I started having the sensations quite intensely and also developed a wound in my neck, for which I asked the teacher to get me some medications and is this because my vikritiyan are coming out. He did not have definite answer. Also it was told that during the 10 days don’t do anything else except what is instructed. I followed it but I feel very connected to Shiva and Shakti Puja is needed to complete it. I am also trying to use mindfulness in my therapy and I know it works. But I don’t think you cannot do both as I believe everything is one. God or universal consciousness is one and we and our mind or chitta is a part of it as well. So I don’t think unless a person doing both things superficially there will be any negative consequences. And I read somewhere that it is one of the 112 techniques that shiva gave to parvati

@@andyready2rock1 yes I agree with you but always keep choice of one way to attain some useful gift of nature. So it is not necessary to follow Vipassna. You can do Shiv pooja. If you want to go with vippassna then follow only that. We have to attain the ultimate goal. So should walk on straight way whatever it is. But with honestly. Fully devotionaly, I think so. Mahatma budh took 12 years for concerntraing on Vipassna. Find truth of life. Then how we can get it so early. Kabir, Chaitanya, Nanak ji all took different ways but attain the goal. Because they took only one path. So go on your faith and hope. Whatever it is. I am also Shiv bhakt.

Hello my dear, zindgi Aur mout se mukt hone ki to baat hi nahi hai. ye to swayam ko sabhi vikaro se mukt kerke Poori umra sumbhav mein rahne fir ant mein swayam hi janm mrityu se mukt hone ki Sadhna hai. Jab tak hum apne ko sumbhav mein rahte hue vikaro se mukt nahi karenge tab tak Kutch nahin hoga.

Deepti Kheterpal hello,yes you can if you can control your thoughts,In,VIPASSNA we can only cut off ourselves from the outer world but for from inner world we can only cut off ourselves only controlling our thoughts. That is very Very difficult.still after passing one year I could only stop thinking about that fatal incidents of my life. Time will and can heal nothing else .in my opinion.if we want to forget them we can ,if not then nothing can help us. But we should try this VIPASSNA.it is helpful.

Are you starting first time or did 20 days vippassna course before. If first time ,you do only Ana pana.sit calmly, without any movement and take breath normly, concentrate on your nostrils, and coming and going breath.start with 5 minutes in morning and evening. Increase time according your practice. And do one course ofc10 days in any center of your choice.

Beta ,every one is in trouble of some kind and suffering. But there is a method to come out from these. We try in many ways but basic is one .that is to concentration.but how we did . We feel that we are fail in doing concentration.it is due to overthinking about our sufferings.only our brain is playing this foul play .so we have to check it. Whenever you remember that fatal incident ,try to forget it,don't think about that. Take your mind in some other interesting thing as if you like singing,dancing ,painting,going for shopping,gossiping,whatever you like.do that. Or share your feeling with your mom frankly. Only divert your mind. You can do it only. No one else. See it has passed five years ,so why you are thinking about that.nyou spent your precious time on it now spend your time and energy on other thing. Beta you can only di it no one else .try to sit for five minutes calmly ,straight and foucus on your breath coming and going out from your nose. And increase this practice slowly. It will help you to know yourself and your energy. Take care beta . You are very very strong girl.
