8:45 Aerodynamic seat has green arrows on the flat surface because in the game every side of a block must be one "color". You can see it with the rounded aerodynamic pieces that have a flat part after the curve.

Thanks for the insight, Storm. I now see why you use that tail design, and it makes sense why it is so effective. That turn radius and time is really fast and stable even at the lower airspeeds. Keep up the good work, although it was a little scary to get a peek inside your brain. 😁

For segmented control surfaces like you have, I would suggest curving it around the turn circle you want relative to your center of mass. Basically, image a circle with your center of mass traveling along it. To make traversing the circle as efficent as possible, you want to curve your segmented control surfaces around the circle. The way you did it works well, but you probably notice that the end of the tail is catching a lot more drag than the front, which reduces how much momentum is conserved. (P.S. as long as the control surfaces follow the curve it should be fine, it doesn't need to be on the circle itself)

It’s better to drag glitch with detachable box or pipes. I tested it, and it proves to be much faster and better.

May be faster but it’s much more complex. I suggest using pipes and detachables whenever you have to no drag spots with multiple points of contact on the grid, that way you don’t mess up the detach. And for the faster, I assume you mean it takes less time, but in case I’m mistaken, there is no way to make a vehicle that is no drag’d faster unless you add more power. But even if you do mean it takes less time, you may be right but it really depends on the build. My builds are usually flat with little faces, so pipes don’t really give me the bang for the buck that they should regarding the effectiveness/complexity ratio. But this is a great comment thank you for making me think. 😊

I think you just missed a spot or two with the other option. No drag doesn't work like that, any block that is detached will make it the same speed.

Yes it is 🤣. I used to go out to the edge of the map with the boys and have one of them in a glitch creation drop me off in the dead zone of the high seas, (we were getting 1500 mph wind speeds) and I would be in a sub and just explore the bottom of the ocean in it. There are some pretty cool secrets to high seas 😊
