Total Health: Choices for a Winning Lifestyle is a high school health curriculum that educates students on all of these topics and more. I highly recommend it for homeschoolers! But this unit from TGAB looks wonderful for younger students! As always, TGAB does things beautifully and thoroughly!

We started this unit last week and we are loving it!! My almost highschooler is even enjoying it. He has his own science through another curriculum but I felt like it was so important to include him in on this one with his younger siblings!

Thanks for sharing. I bought this unit during the sale and will be using it next year with my 5 children. I am combining it with Gather Rounds Psychology Unit and my high schoolers will receive an elective credit in Psychology.

Thank you! I love hearing your thoughts especially with your high school students. We started our homeschool journey during Covid. My children are now 14 (8th) and 16 (10th) and I am always tempted to get these units because they seem packed with useful info but delivered in a short and sweet way. I struggle with when to fit it in. This year we did the Logic course, from Masterbooks, during morning time. We are loving it. Do you think it’s worth it to do during morning time even though both will be in high school next year? I was also thinking about the Masterbooks course you are currently doing with your older 2 for next year? Thoughts? I appreciate you and your content. It has blessed our homeschool.
