Watching your channel has made me realize I’m over the big shows, like bass canyon and edc. I’m down with these smaller bass fests but the west coast is slacking on them!

Yea I learned a long time ago I’m not super into huge fests. Small intimate shows and festivals have been my wave for so long and they’re just such a better vibe !

Only 4 minutes in, and I'm wishing we did a live talking about the changes over the years, etc. I've been to every venue Elements has had, and this year apparently was the largest it's ever been crowd wise. Excited to hear the rest of this recap!

Did you know about the small vendor village in the center of the campgrounds? They had a decent variety of food and a general store.

personally i loved camping inside the raceway, my friends have been going for around 5 years and said this camping setup was their best yet. if i remember what they said, the camping last year was basically in where the festival grounds were this year

Yooo love the vid just curious about this i want to bring my board to skate to and from the venue from camp. How did you lock up your onewheel? Or did you not bring it when you went to the festival ? Hopefully see you there this year !!!!

production booth was honestly too close to the stages. was constantly battling totems like you said trying to get a shot because I had to go up into the front of the crowd so the booth wasnt blocking it. I saw a lot of people talking bad about the festival but I honestly had a great time, it was really immersive like you said in the video

Usually, people aren't prepared for dealing with camping and being around thousands of people or it was their first festival in general and instead of blaming themselves for what they didn't know they blame the experience. This doesnt apply to everyone, I am sure there are people who had major problems due to staff incompetency (ESPECIALLY the pink vest security). But from my personal experience it usually isnt that. This is the first time elements had so many people and I felt like things were dealt with way better than what could have happened.

@@NickoVasleywe need people to think more like you. People who expect everything to be perfect are unrealistic. We all need to take responsibility for our actions. Festivals are fun, but to attend more than 1 day or camp, it can become overwhelming for the lighthearted. ❤

There was a wedding that happened there where anyone was invited, it was so sweet and awesome.. from meow into eternity hahahaha This place was awesome for my second year. My first year 2022 there were definitely a LOT LESS people. This is the first time they used a different security crew... they are not using them again the pink vests. We also had battle tested there and they are great. I do glamping. We were SO CLOSE to the festival entrance lol.

I’m going glamping this year for 2024 Is there anything you can tell me about the glamping situation? How is it did you like it Any information you think that would be good
@NickoVasley

@@Androidgoth Glamping had the most convenient spot next to the entrance, both years. Second year it was not only next to the festival entrance it was also next to the food stands, the showers. Very great experience. First year glamping we lost power Saturday night and never got it back. Second year no electricity issues. Be warned glamping tends to be on grass as well, and both years it rained at some point. So be ready to deal with mud and keep a big sheet or plastic flooring set outside your tent! saved us a lot of slipping and sliding. Adequate space between other glampers. Though my first year it was cheating a little bit we got a lucky tent of like five that was separate from all the other glampers it was like a low key vip we called it camp caldesac lol. Second year even though we were in between all the other glampers there is still enough space to lay things out and chill in the mornings. I think it is well worth it especially if you are in a group of four. If its a duo experience I would probably just do traditional camping unless the electricity is 100% a need. Though being placed so close to every other thing was perfect. In regular camping you run the risk of needing to do a 15-20 minute walk to the festival grounds. (IMO not that bad but can be an issue if you like to travel to and from camp and festival often).

One year I will be able to afford to go to festivals like that. But until then 😭 I guess I gotta keep watching more Vlogs so I can feel like I am there virtually and not physically or whatever that word is when you’re there IRL

A lot a festival you can volunteer at to save money. That what I did at my first festival Big dub. It's great if you travel a lone like I do you can make friends and get free entry.

@Moore-Fire

The site page for the festival has a detailed list of what extras you get with vip. My crew is from Texas and depending how far your traveling vip is worth it... Of the trees is the Thursday pre arrival artist... which I think seeing them alone would make it worth it to get vip n show up early

I only went to Elements on Sunday and never been to this festival before, but I really liked the overall vibe of the festival and enjoyed my time! I do agree some of the layouts of the campground and how to get there was a bit confusing at first and some of the staff members or volunteer I guess had no idea where stuff is. My friends and I legit were driving around the festival for at least an hour before we got settled LOL. I think it's also cool that in the campground stage that they had a set up for local DJ's to play if you signed up for a set time. Definitely would consider going back. EDIT: Typo
