Also, shitting on WWE was cool, around late 2000s a good bit of the audience fell off and that's why CM Punk's pipebomb brought them back around. Then, a good bit fell off around 2015 or 16 only for them to come back around now given triple h is in charge. I ain't gonna lie, there are people who shitted on WWE who also shitted on TNA during their rough patch abd have been currently shitting on AEW for the past year or so. Criticizing a wrestling company shouldn't be viewed as a bad thing especially when they aren't putting their all into trying to make it good

I just found your channel and I really really like your perspective on it. There have been so many people troll me for my similar opinions on the matter. I admit I have always been a huge fan of Punk, however, I put my possible bias aside and I still believe with all my heart that Tony is at fault here. The EVP's had it out for Punk for quite awhile because he wouldn't go along with their B.S. and it was all very evident. They had a disdain for Punk because he was the biggest draw in AEW and not them. The whole situation with Perry could have been easily de-escalated or avoided had Tony Khan had the balls to be a man, be a boss. Punk had told staff several times that they needed to handle the situation because if he had to, they would not like it. Punk warned them! In my eyes Punk is a man and will take care of business. This little scuffle wasn't much at all. What about the fight between Jaques Rougeau and Dynamite Kid? The fight between Adrian Adonis and Dan Spivey? Bret and Shawn? Tony really feared for his life? That is a joke and the release of this video really further buries AEW. It makes no sense to release it now. All Punk did in the recent interview was tell the truth and this video further proved he was telling the truth. It makes no sense to me for Tony to release this footage now. Anyway, I really enjoyed your video on this.

What irritated me about this was it somehow made me like CM Punk (as a person) for a few minutes. Gotta give AEW props tbh, these moments are rare. I hate the fact people rise to this guy, but when an entire company does it who am I too say he's not an exceptional troll. It just proves what he said is true, AEW isn't a real (professional) business! On that Colt Cabana podcast, referring to the doctors he accused WWE of some very serious negligence & they handled it like you'd expect an actual company too. He didn't actually throw anything serious at AEW, he just called the boss weak, so of course Tony Khan proves him right instantly by allowing this nonsense lmao

Man your face at the beginning. I don’t blame you. This was a truly awful look for the company and they already getting clowned for it. People on twitter are calling it the modern fingerpoke of doom. In the episode, Tony Schiavane looks very embarrassed and you have to feel for him caused he experienced this during WCW’s dying days. This company is shell of its former self. This proved Punk right with this mess.

Honestly, what annoys me is how late they are to use that footage. I know that dumb investigation got in the way, but still. Plus, Jack is in NJPW now. Tony Khan is actually still pissed at him for causing the whole situation. So, The EVPs use it the real life footage for heat(comes with the territory sometimes), but blame FTR. Just scraps of the storyline that SHOULDVE happened.

I thought it was kind of goofy showing the footage, but since it is part of a storyline of sorts, I didnt really mind it. I guess it also at least means it isnt just up to the "dirtsheets" and folks' imaginations to determine how it went down. It was short, Punk seemed to be the aggressor and got physical, Perry didnt seem very interested in getting into it with him.
