It's a mixbag of feelings. I'm not a fan of the modern Harley Quinn push, but I can dig on one of the most hilarious older era villains of DC getting some recognition; basically just for fun. And on the other hand, Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Cyborg and more didn't get one? You could argue with Flash on the movie (that was bad) and the CW show (also bad), along with Green Arrow on the latter aswell (also bad) getting some recognition but if we go animated, Flash only used as a reset button and Oliver rarely used. Come on now

The only times that kiteman has gotten anything are his origin comic, appearing in the Harley Quinn show and now this, kiteman has slowly climbed his way out of obscurity and I hope more obscure characters get this treatment

Hopefully we'll see his backstory where Riddler poisons his son. Who is canonically going to hell because he said "Hell yeah" a few times, so now Kite Man says "Hell Yeah" so he too will go to hell when he dies so he can see his son again. I don't think the writers of Harley Quinn Show read that comic, they just knew fans liked him and he said "Hell yeah" a lot. Hopefully we'll actually get some serious episodes with him, dude did the most in helping Batman end the War of Jokes and Riddles in the comic.
