I have heard that the mount does not hold large light modifiers - is this true? What was the largest softbox you mounted on this lamp?

Could you tell me if the Bowen’s mount is plastic or metal? Can it hold something heavy like a 150 Octabox? Also is the yolk strong enough to hold a huge soft box like the lightdome etc. And last question how is the fan noise compared to your other lights.
