Are you making another set of dinghy chaps? I saw the one you made on Sewing on Boats....you did an excellent job. I haven't started on mine yet but I have the same colours as yours, just waiting to be in a marina somewhere long enough to be able to get it done. I agree with the weight of the Sailrite is the main downside. Welcome back to KZbin, we watched your videos from the beginning when we were still in dreaming and planning mode. We made it all happen just a year ago but we ended up buying our boat in the Caribbean, not the Med as planned. We will hopefully make it across next year 😊

No, no new ones. The ones I made will last a long time. A tip is measure, measure again, then measure again. When you come to fit them, let some air out of the dinghy first, fasten them on, then re-inflate the dinghy. Makes it so much easier. Maybe see you in the Med :)

Welcome back to KZbin. I was still subbed to your channel. Are you still liveaboard sailors and plan to see more of the Med this coming season?

Hi Andrew, thank you. We had a big hard drive fail last year and lost loads of footage so we got a bit down with it all. We kept up our two episodes a week on our Patreon channel as we can record and post them on the day as they are more of vlogs. We are giving a concerted effort to get back on track with our regular KZbin videos this season and have sorted our hard drive issues.

Are you getting even windings when you wind your bobbins?
