That watermelon is fucking ready, you can eat it! :) When it sounds like it's hallow, it's ready. When it makes a dull sound like it's solid, it's not ready.

yeah! we ate it the next day, and it was extremely juicy😉 But I should now buy a non-ripe watermelon, because I have no idea how it would sound if it isn't ripe 😆

Nice colors. What technique do you use to make the layer backgrounds move in different directions. Is there a rule of game programming to follow for the backgrounds to move in different directions?

You just move the background layer(s) at a slower speed than the front 😁 called parallax background

what I don't like are smoke effect they should be pixalized too

I like both pixelated and non-pixelated.. and for this one I chose the later! - it's all just a matter of taste 😉🙃

Answer for your melon - you're looking for a reverberation like when you hit a basket ball. You need to let your hand linger a little to feel for it. It should buzz a little, best way to describe it. You'll learn to know it.
