My TMNT 1990's Movie 3D Printed Raphael Build - Part 5 - Adding Teeth and Eyes!

Hey guys in this video I go into detail on how I'm adding the eyes and teeth into my Raphael head on my 1990's TMNT Raphael Build. I hope this video helps and motivates some of you to build your own turtle! Hope you enjoy!

Teeth I modeled and used - drive.google.c... Make sure to use a heat gun or blow dryer to shape teeth for inside Raphael head.

For the eyes you could drizzle a clear 2 part epoxy (hobby or casting grade) over them and they will look wet and real when it cures. It probably would "fill" the textured iris part in and give it some depth, just pour it right on the pupil until it spills over. I did this on a Yoda build, but with a level smooth painted iris surface and it came out great.

What slicer did you get it to work on. I was only able to get Simplify3D to do it. Im curious if any other slicer was able to slice it. That's really awesome you got it printed!

@@ChrisBoshProps i tried Cura, it looked like it was working then crashed, ended up using simplify3D. printed it on Elegoo Neptune 3Max. I can't fit the torso on it after cutting it in half though, will need to do extra cuts

I suggest you coat the eyes with somethi g glossy. Eyes can be a make or break.

I have seen people use UV resin to gloss eyes. 🤷
