Great video. I love hearing stories of surprise finds such as yours. Recently my passion for comics was revived. I guess, as a 50+ yr old, the nostalgia wave is kicking in. I started pulling boxes and boxes of my collection from storage. I own quite a few of the issues you present including Avengers annual 10 and Moon Knight 1. Btw...I’m a huge fan of Moore. I own multiple copies of his entire Miracleman run including the infamous #15. I also own few of his Superman and Batman stories including Superman Annual #11 (one of my favorites).

You found some great deals ! 30 cents each for those early Alan Moore Swamp Things... nice ! I picked up two copies of #21 about a year ago for about $5 each and thought I was doing good ! I'm in central Missouri... I'm not aware of any flee markets near me to find hidden gems...

It so refreshing listening to your takes on comics, music, and movies that combine both. I look forward to your rainy Sunday comic hauls. I've recently been cherry picking through my comic collection with the intent of picking out my favorite comic covers. Hile doing so I have discovered that most of my favorite covers are either by George Perez or Jose Luis Garcia Lopez. That being said when I choose one of these covers, I hang them on my wall. So far, I have Batman 321 by Lopez with it being perhaps my favorite and New Teen Titans 37 and Batman and the Outsiders by George Perez. What are some of your favorite comics covers? I'd like to know.
