My Top 10 Intellivision games

I didn’t have an Intellivoice, but I did pay the heck out of Bugertime. And like you, Lock ‘n’ Chase was my first home dot-gobbler. And I loved SNAFU! Man, you’re lost brings back memories (some of the recent as I own several Intellivision collections, as well as original hardware).

The Intellivision is entirely underrated, always has been! I loved that it had so many unique and exclusive games, some of them were really ahead of their time and offered something that other consoles weren't doing at the time.

@@BriansManCave Have you seen the new projects going on. I seen someone playing Mario Bros 1 on it. I don't think the project is finished yet, but just to see someone play an NES game on it is very impressive.

@@russellmania5349 Yes! I did a video on the SMB game for Intellivision. I think it only had 4 worlds completed on the one I was playing. The Homebrew scene has been really growing lately, I have even started programming my own games for the system as well

I think I'll try this: gotta agree with AD&D Cloudy Mountain, BurgerTime, Lock N Chase (first game I ever saw on Intellivision), Utopia, and then Astrosmash, Dracula, Truckin', Frog Bog, Auto Racing, and Blockade Runner (Canadian made!).

i think my top 10 would be ADnD Treasures of Tarmin (always likes the 3d aspect of the game), Tron Deadly disks, Astrosmash, Intellivoice B17 Bomber, Lock n Chase (prefered this more than Pacman), Utopia, Sea Battle, Maze-A-Tron, sub hunt and Space Spartans.

Great pics Brian. I think lock n chase is the best pac man clone going. Triple action was fun I remember me and my sister putting hours into bi planes.

Still play AD&D and Lock'n'Chase today. Other favourites: Night Stalker, Sub Hunt, Space Battle. I also loved Sea Battle and Armor Battle - it's just a shame they're two-player only.

Yeah! There are some programmers who are hacking the 2 player games and creating an AI for them. Boxing is one that I bought the rom for :)

Enjoyed watching this! I enjoyed Auto Racing and Baseball a lot in my childhood. Bump N Jump, Burgertime, Dreadnaught Factor, Happy Trails, and Space Spartans also proved to be a ton of fun :)

As for my favourite Intellivision games, it’s too many to list, but Bump ‘n’ Jump would definitely be on it. As would both AD&D games (Cloudy Mountain and Treasure of Tarmin)!

Haha when I was a kid with my 2600 I hated the intellivsion with their haughty George plimpton commercials. Later when I got my 5200 I could look down with the same derision! Now all these years later I can appreciate all the wonderfully unique and quirky systems from that time!

Burgertime levels are the same as the arcade just truncated because of the screen orientation of a TV and Intellivision's limitations of the graphics being large, the atari version looked nothing like the arcade version.

Good list Brian! Here's some of my faves: Both AD&D titles, especially Treasure of Tarmin Night Stalker BurgerTime B-17 Bomber Sea Battle....often overlooked great 2-player game! MLB Baseball....I don't even like baseball but this was the best baseball game for years! Tron Deadly Discs
