those are neat builds, might try out the zino hbg for solo fun. For me the most fun is bubbly lance/gunlance with nergi hat sprinkled on top, zooming around xD

For my rajang hbg, i managed with patience (well, with luck mostly) to smelt thunder attack on my lumu chest, zino gauntlets and coral coil. My azure greaves are still lagging behind and for the headpiece it's either bblos or zino.

Now that season 4 is on and with my beloved Switch Axe in hand i shall decimate monster even bettet than before But for Fulminations in the Frost i used LS (up to grade 6) Then in Vernal Invader i switched to LBG and got my elemental ones to 7.1 or 7.2 (those rare 2 parts are too rare) in Curse of the Wandering Flames i switched to HBG (my second best weapon from World) and got stuck at the same grade Hopefully now i will manage to get to grade 8 and beyond

@@PauwerPlays fist impression is good. Feels strong but i dont have enough rare 1 pukei pukei materials. Got it to grade 6.1 Only little thing i don't like is the hold and swipe up morph, it more often results in wild swing > wild morph instead of the basic slash morph Also Rathian axe has power element phial (like rize) instead of the power phial (from world)

My biggest suggestion would be to focus on recoil down and reload speed. Then add as much thunder attack as you can. You can build paolumu chest and the legi vambraces as a start

I was able to get Thunder attack 3 with tsitsi helm which opened up a slot to get besarios vambraces for recoil 2

@Caipi2070 i wasnt a fan at first but landing 4 stickies on the monsters head at the start of every hunt to get the KO makes it fun and a lot easier to use bowguns haha

I have the Rajang HBG (9.5, need more zenny) for my main character and Zinogre HBG (MAXED) for my alt, and they are both very fun weapons!🥰 Just so you know, you only need recoil+2 for Rajang HBG.😉 I have the thunder +1 driftsmelt, so I personally use a recoil +2 armor and then use zinogre waist instead of coral. Artful dodger is more useful than a useless extra recoil+1, and the driftsmelt slot is already unlocked (don’t have to get it to grade 8!)😉

@PauwerPlays …oh, it wasn’t that hardcore, the alt character was just an experiment to see how well gunlance works!😅 She only has a 10.1 deviljho gunlance and maxed Zinogre HBG, but that’s enough. (Just used the one weapon to farm the other weapon, back and forth!😅)

@vinvindd me personally i just bought the small expansions and i havent reached the point where i need the amount of the big expansion price. It does get annoying when my bag gets full all the time but I dont wanna spend any more just for storage haha

It could work but i would prioritize elemental attack over burst. You still have to balance recoil down and reload speed in the build unless you want to driftsmelt it haha
